LIBERIA: Tears, Trouble and Triumph

1a

Unlike any land I had ever been to, Liberia changed the way I lived, thought and felt. Never again will I experience a country like Liberia. The memories that neither age nor infirmity could erase will be with me forever. When so many people have forgotten Liberia it has taken up residence in my  soul, it is not an easy place to live, thats for sure….but its a harder place to forget. “Memoirs of a Reluctant Servant” was born out of these experiences, good and bad, and they are indelibly etched on my soul. It is a tribute to a once great nation that is, step by step, rising out of the ashes and the incredible children of Liberia Mission Incorporated who have said “NO MORE WAR!”

Eight years after the last mortar round had rained down on her citizens and the last AK-47 shell casing had littered her streets the capital city of Monrovia is still in desolate condition.

  1. I have an internet minister who lives in Liberia who is a friend with me. He is so dear and precious, and the Holy Spirit, he says, is really beginning to pour out over there! Also, didn’t know if you ever saw this amazing video re Liberia by Eric Ludy
