Water, Water Everywhere ….. And a single drop could kill you!
So much taken for granted in our lives. We don’t think twice about turning on our taps and drinking a glass of water when we are thirsty. If only others had it so well. The populace of Liberia is inundated with malaria, typhoid, cholera and a myriad of other infectious diseases that contribute to the death rate everyday in the country. The simple fact is many people have no choice but to collect filthy, contaminated water and try their best to boil out the impurities. The wash with it, bathe in it and yes, drink it.
This too is our world and it exists in a place called Liberia.
With every purchase of “Memoirs of a Reluctant Servant” we at Liberia Mission Incorporated can provide food, clothing, shelter, education and, yes, clean drinking water for 400 Liberian children. Please go to AMAZON or contact me through FACEBOOK or this website to order your copies today. You really can make a difference in the lives of a child today!

Am sorry to say but, that is not true. so, check your information sources better.
Jeremiah,
Thank you for your comment. All I can say is that the two years I lived in Liberia (2008-2010) I saw on many occassions people that had to access water from stagnant or polluted water sources. I saw it in West Point (Monrovia), Bensonville, Buchanan, 15 Gate (near the Firestone Plantation) and in the deep bush. Liberia is doing a great job of recovering from the devastating Civil Wars that they faced. I am sure you were affected greatly by them and Liberia is a beautiful country with great people. But the sad truth is that there is much work to still be done in Liberia. Clean drinking water is just one of those hurdle. Thank you again for your visit to the website and please continue to stop by as we are trying to help the children of Liberia!
